考虑现货交易的日前开机方式调度方法研究Research on Day-ahead Startup Mode Dispatching Method Considering Spot Trade Market

摘要(Abstract):
新能源大规模并网给电力系统灵活性带来巨大挑战,为促进新能源消纳,需提高系统调节能力。提出考虑现货交易下的日前开机方式调度方法,首先,分析新能源限电原因,并对不同调度方法下的系统调节能力进行研究,然后建立仅靠火电调节开机方式安排方法、限负荷开机方式安排方法、考虑现货交易开机方式安排方法等3种调度方法的数学模型;其次,分析3种方法最优开机台数;最后,对比3种调度方法成本,通过仿真验证所提调度方法的有效性。
Great challenges to power system flexibility are brought by large-scale grid connection of new energy. It needs to improve the system regulation capacity to promote the consumption of new energy. Firstly, reasons of generation limit of new energy and expounds system regulation capacity under various dispatching modes are analyzed; secondly, mathematic models of three dispatching modes such as startup mode arrangement adjustment by thermal power, load limit startup mode arrangement and startup mode management based on spot market; thirdly, optimal startup amount of the three methods is analyzed; finally, the cost of the three dispatching methods are compared, and the effectiveness of the dispatching methods are verified via simulation.
