摘要(Abstract):
传统遗传算法和自适应遗传算法在求解微电网配置问题时,存在着算法收敛速度慢、稳定性差和所求解非全局最优解的问题。提出了一种改进的自适应遗传算法来处理孤岛模式下的微网微优化配置的方法。在建立设备初始投资成本、运行和维护成本、燃料成本和污染物治理费用经济性模型基础上,通过改进的自适应遗传算法对孤岛模式下的配置方案进行分析。该方法增加了算法全局最优解的概率,有效改善了算法的稳定性和收敛速度,算例验证了模型和算法的合理性。
Aiming at slow convergence speed, poor stability, and local optimal solution of traditional genetic algorithm and adaptive genetic algorithm in solving the problem of micro-grid configuration, this paper proposes an improved adaptive genetic algorithm to solve the optimization of independent microgrid. On the basis of establishing model of initial equipment investment cost, operation and maintenance cost, fuel cost and pollutant control cost the paper analyzes the configuration scheme in islanding mode by improved adaptive genetic algorithm. The method increases the probability of the global optimal solution of the algorithm, effectively improves the stability and the convergence speed of the algorithm. Example shows the rationality of the model and algorithm.
