直升机吊装大型输电角钢塔施工关键技术应用研究
Application Research on Key Construction Technologies of Large Transmission Angle Steel Tower Hoisting by Helicopters

摘要(Abstract):

目前,使用直升机吊装特高压等大型角钢塔仍然存在一系列技术难点。结合舟山500 k V联网输变电工程直升机吊装施工项目,对大型角钢塔进行了分解、分段吊装关键施工技术的应用研究,提出了1/4塔腿段分解吊装、双肢主材塔身段吊装以及横担横向对接吊装的施工方法。通过工程成功应用,验证了上述关键施工技术的可行性和有效性。总结出的直升机组塔施工工艺及应用经验,为电网建设中其他类型输电线路铁塔的直升机吊装施工提供了参考。
At present, there are still a series of technical difficulties in hoisting large angle steel towers such as UHV by helicopter. Combined with the helicopter hoisting construction project of Zhoushan 500 k V interconnected transmission and transformation project, the key construction technology of decomposition and segmental hoisting of large angle steel tower is studied. The construction methods of a quarter segment of tower legs decomposition hoisting, double-limb main material tower segment hoisting and transverse butt hoisting of cross-arm are put forward. The feasibility and validity of the above key construction technologies are verified by the successful application of the project. The construction technology and application experience of helicopter towers are given, which provides a reference for hoisting construction of other types of transmission line towers in power grid construction.
