变电站自动化广域运维系统安全防护技术的设计与实现

摘要(Abstract):

针对当前常用变电站自动化广域运维系统架构,基于运维主、子站二次系统安全防护的要求,研制了一种变电站自动化广域运维系统安全防护技术。应用审计日志、流量管控、权限认证、主站录屏等多种关键技术,在运维中心、服务管理中心和变电站分别设立广域运维系统的安全认证体系,同时在运维中心、服务管理中心和变电站之间配置双因子登录安全访问功能,实现了从调度到变电站的一体化全通信过程纵深安全防护,有效保障主站远方操作变电站设备的安全。
Given the current common substation automation wide-area operation and maintenance system architecture, a safety control technology for substation automation wide-area operation and maintenance technology based on the safety control requirements of maintenance and operation master stations and substation.Key technologies such as auditing log, flow control, authority authentication and master station recording are utilized to establish safety authentication system for wide-area operation and maintenance system; in the meantime, security access function of double factor login is deployed among operation and maintenance center, service management center and substations, which realizes the in-depth protection of the integrated communication process from dispatching to substations and effectively guarantees the safety of the substation equipment operated by the main station.
