摘要(Abstract):

综合能源系统是实现产业园区内冷、热、电、气多能协同发展的重要手段。以某创新基地多能协同利用控制需求为基础,根据该创新基地的用能特点,构建了一种集多元能源监控、能量管理、能效管控、需求侧响应等功能为一体的综合能源控制系统方案,并得以应用实施。通过创新基地能源互联网的物理架构、供能侧方案以及控制系统的运行方式,展示了基于多能互补的综合能源过程控制系统所实现的功能。
The integrated energy system is an important means to realize the coordinated development of cooling, heat, power and gas in industrial parks. Based on the control requirements of multi-energy collaborative utilization in an innovation base and according to its energy utilization characteristics, an energy control system scheme integrating multi-energy monitoring, energy management, energy efficiency control, demand-side response and other functions is constructed and implemented. Through the physical architecture of energy internet in the innovation base, energy supply-side scheme and operation mode of the control system, functions of the integrated energy process control system based on multi-energy complement are expounded. This paper introduces the functions of the integrated energy process control system based on multi-energy complementation through the physical structure of the energy Internet of the innovation base, the energy supply side scheme and the operation mode of the control system.
