某台350MW双水内冷汽轮发电机组振动异常处理及分析

摘要(Abstract):

双水内冷发电机转子因冷却水管不同程度的堵塞引起轴振爬升的现象时有发生,常用的处理方法为停机进行反冲洗,但现场动平衡也可作为一种有效减振方法。通过一台350 MW发电机转子振动异常的测试,得出振动爬升的主因为转子部分冷却水管流动不畅产生了热弯曲,采用动平衡大幅降低其振动,确保了机组安全稳定运行。
The vibration of generator rotor shaft increases frequently due to blockage of the cooling water pipes of turbo-generator with double inner water-cooling.The common treatment is backwash during its shutdown;in addition,on-site dynamic balancing can be used to reduce the vibration.Through abnormal vibration testing of a 350 MW generator rotor,it is concluded that the main reason for the vibration increase is thermal bending due to some blocked cooling water pipes.It can ensure units operation safety and stability by using the dynamic balancing to reduce its vibration greatly.
