基于区块链的电力市场交易互信增强技术Mutual Trust Enhancement Technologies of Electricity Market Transaction Based on Blockchain

摘要(Abstract):
为提高电力市场交易申报与发布环节中中心机构和参与成员之间的互信,提出了基于混合区块链技术的互信增强技术方案。首先,从隐私信息的安全性、申报信息的可信性、发布信息的规范性等方面分析交易申报与发布环节的互信不足问题;然后,结合区块链的可溯源、防篡改等技术特征,剖析区块链和交易申报、发布互信增强的技术契合点;在此基础上,提出基于混合区块链的电力市场交易申报与发布互信增强的技术实施方案:将公开信息存储在联盟区块链,而将敏感隐私信息存储在私有区块链,同时将隐私信息访问记录发布至联盟链以便各市场主体监督,以此达到增强互信的目的。提出的互信增强技术方案可为电力市场交易相关的应用平台研发提供参考。
To improve the mutual trust between the central organizations and the market participants in the transaction declaration and release of electricity market,a mutual trust enhancement program based on hybrid blockchain technologies is proposed in this paper. Firstly,the trust pain-points are analyzed from the aspects of the security of private information,the credibility of declared information and the standardization of released information. Subsequently,based on the characteristics of the blockchain technologies(e.g. traceability and tamper-proofing),the technical meeting points between the blockchain and the mutual trust enhancement in the transaction declaration and release are dissected. On the above basis, a hybrid blockchain-based technical implementation program for the mutual trust enhancement in the transaction declaration and release of the electricity market is proposed: the public information in the transaction declaration and release is stored in an alliance blockchain, and the sensitive and private information is stored in a private blockchain;meanwhile,the access records of private data are released to the alliance blockchain for the supervision by all the market players,and thus the goal of mutual trust enhancement is achieved. The proposed mutual trust enhancement program provides a reference for the research and development of the relevant application platform of electricity market transactions.
