燃气——蒸汽联合循环ESD阀控制方式分析及改造Analysis and Improvement on Control Mode of ESD Valve in Gas-steam Combined Cycle

摘要(Abstract):
ESD阀在天然气发电厂发生事故时起到切断天然气的作用,传统ESD阀气动执行机构为单电磁阀控制方式。近年来多次发生因单电磁阀出现故障导致的机组跳闸事件,部分企业在单电磁阀基础上提出串并联方式的双电磁阀控制方式,但仍存在缺陷。针对某发电公司ESD单电磁阀控制方式,将单电磁阀、串并联双电磁阀控制方式进行对比,根据浴盆曲线及概率进行分析,提出一种双通道冗余结构的电磁阀控制方式,实践证明该控制方式切实可靠,提高了系统运行可靠性。
ESD valve, designed to cut off natural gas supply in the case of power plant accident, adopts single solenoid valve as its pneumatic actuator. In recent years, there are many unit tripping accidents caused by single solenoid valve failure. Some enterprises put forward double solenoid valve control in series and parallel connection based on single solenoid valve, but there are still some defects. According to ESD single solenoid valve control mode in a power generation company, control modes of single solenoid valve and double solenoid valve in series connection and parallel connection are compared. According to the analysis of bathtub curve and probability, the paper proposes an electromagnetic control mode with dual-channel redundancy structure.It is proved by operation practice that the control mode is reliable and can improve system reliability.
