一种储能型MMHC拓扑结构的研究

摘要(Abstract):

提出一种新型MMC(模块化多电平换流器)拓扑结构,主要解决不同品牌、不同规格退役动力电池储能时的异构兼容问题。该拓扑的子模块由H半桥组成,n个子模块级联后与一个H桥相连,组成完整的一相桥臂。与传统的MMC拓扑结构相比,在输出相同电平数时,该拓扑结构子模块数量减少一半,且不存在直流母线无桥臂环流,简化了结构,降低了控制的复杂性。在Simulink中搭建模型进行仿真验证,并研制100 kW样机进行实验验证,仿真和实验结果表明该拓扑结构在退役动力电池的异构储能应用方面具有很大的优势。
A new type of modular multilevel Converter(MMC) is proposed to handle the compatibility of a heterogeneous collection of different brands and specifications of retired power batteries for energy storage The sub-module of this topology is composed of a half-H-bridge in series, and n sub-modules are cascaded and then connected to an H-bridge to form a complete single-phase bridge arm. Compared with the traditional MMC topology, the sub-modules of this topology, when outputting the same level number, are half reduced, and there is no DC bus without bridge arm circulating current, which simplifies the structure and reduces the control complexity. A model was built on Simulink for simulation verification, and finally, a 100 kW prototype was developed for experimental verification. The simulation and experimental results show that the topology has great advantages in the application of heterogeneous energy storage of decommissioned power batteries.
