基于ArcGIS的电网山洪沟流域分布图绘制及应用

摘要(Abstract):

山洪灾害影响输电线路杆塔基础稳定性,山洪流域分布影响输电线路走向、杆塔定位以及基础选型。基于电网生产实际需要,统计分析了区内山洪灾害基础信息、地理资料、导致的电网故障情况以及山洪沟流域面积和影响范围,确定了电网山洪沟流域分级标准,给出了电网山洪沟流域边界提取方法。在此基础上,利用ArcGIS for Desktop软件,绘制了内蒙古电网山洪沟流域分布图。目前,该流域分布图已应用于电网规划、设计以及日常运维工作中,效果显著。
Flash flood affects the stability of transmission tower foundation, and its watershed distribution affects the transmission line direction, tower location and foundation selection. Based on the needs of actual production work, statistical analysis on information of flash flood in power grid coverage area, geographical data, the consequent grid faults, and coverage and scope of influence of mountain torrents valley watershed is conducted to determine the classification principle and boundary extraction method of flash flood watershed of power grid. On this basis, the distribution map of flash flood of inner Mongolia power grid is drawn by using the ArcGIS for Desktop software. At present, the distribution map has been applied to power grid planning,design and daily operation and maintenance work, and its application effect is remarkable.
