660MW超超临界机组直流锅炉后屏、末级过热器入口管段优化
Inlet Tube Optimization of Pendant Superheater and Finishing Superheater of Once-through Boiler of 660 MW Ultra-supercritical Generating Units

摘要(Abstract):

针对HG-2000/26.15-YM3型660 MW超超临界机组直流锅炉后屏、末级过热器中间管屏的入口节流孔容易被异物堵塞导致超温爆管的问题,进行结构优化。在入口管段内设计安装一个内套管装置。在满足蒸汽冷却流量的前提下,该装置能有效阻挡异物堵塞节流孔,提高了设备的安全运行水平。
Inlet throttling orifice in middle tube screen of pendant superheater and finishing superheater of once-through boiler of 660 MW HG-2000/26.15-YM3 ultra-supercritical generating units is often blocked by foreign objects that result in tube burst. Therefore, structural optimization is conducted. An internal sleeve device is designed and installed in the inlet tube to effectively prevent foreign objects blocking throttling orifice and guarantee steam cooling flow in the meantime to improve operation safety of the equipment.
