考虑多场站短路比约束的新能源电力系统经济安全调度方法
An economic and secure dispatch method for renewable energy power systems considering MRSCR constraints

摘要(Abstract):

随着新能源在电力系统中装机容量的日益增加,系统的动态稳定性和电压支撑能力面临着前所未有的挑战。MRSCR(多场站短路比)是表征高比例新能源电力系统电压支撑强度的重要指标。首先,研究了基于复杂图神经网络模型的MRSCR在线计算方法;然后,将实时MRSCR约束引入新能源有功优化调度模型中,提出了一种考虑复杂MRSCR约束的调度优化模型求解方法;最后,利用算例对考虑MRSCR约束的调度方法进行了分析验证,结果表明,所提方法可以有效防止新能源出力导致系统电压支撑强度低于临界值的情况,保障电网的运行安全。
The increasing installed renewable energy capacity in power systems poses unprecedented challenges to dynamic stability and voltage support capability. Multiple renewable energy stations short circuit ratio(MRSCR) has emerged as a critical indicator for evaluating voltage support strength in renewable-rich power systems. This paper first investigates an online MRSCR calculation method based on a complex graph neural network(GNN) model. Subsequently, real-time MRSCR constraints are incorporated into a renewable generation dispatch optimization model, and a solution approach for handling complex MRSCR constraints. Finally, case studies are conducted to analyze and verify the proposed dispatch method considering MRSCR constraints. The results demonstrate that the proposed dispatch method effectively prevents the system voltage support strength from falling below critical thresholds due to renewable power fluctuations, thereby ensuring grid operational security.
