应用碱性吸收剂喷射技术脱除烟气中SO3的中试试验研究
Study on Pilot Test of SO3 Removal from Flue Gas by Alkaline Absorbent Injection Technology

摘要(Abstract):

碱性吸收剂喷射技术是一种精准脱除烟气中SO_3的高效方法。通过研究该技术的特点、反应机理、 SO_3的迁移规律,建设了一台采用真实烟气作为气源的碱性吸收剂喷射脱除烟气SO_3的中试平台,并在此平台进行了中试试验研究。研究结果表明:碱性吸收剂脱除SO_3的效率与n(Na_2CO_3):n(SO_3)、烟气温度、停留时间等因素相关;在中试试验工况下,烟温320℃,n(Na_2CO_3):n(SO_3)为1:4, Na_2CO_3溶液的浓度为52.6 mg/m~3,烟尘浓度为标况下4 680 mg/m~3,可保证SO_3脱除效率在85%以上;碱基吸收剂对脱硝催化剂的影响很小,可以忽略。以上结果可为国内燃煤电厂开展碱性吸收剂脱除烟气SO_3技术研究应用提供参考。
Alkaline absorbent injection technology is an efficient method for accurately removing SO_3 from flue gas. By characteristics investigation of the technology, reaction mechanism and migration law of SO_3 a pilot test platform for SO_3 removal from flue gas by alkaline absorbent injection technology which takes the real flue gas as the gas source is established, and on the platform pilot test is carried out. The research result indicates that the efficiency of removing SO_3 by alkaline absorbent is related to factors such as n(Na_2CO_3):n(SO_3), flue gas temperature and residence time; under the pilot test conditions, the removal efficiency is above 85% when the flue gas temperature is 320 ℃, n(Na_2CO_3):n(SO_3) is 1:4, the concentration of Na_2CO_3 solution is 52.6 mg/m~3 and the soot concentration is 4 680 mg/m~3; The alkaline absorbent has little effect on the denitration catalyst and can be ignored. The result above can provide a reference to technical study on SO_3 removal from flue gas by alkaline absorbent in the coal-fired power plant in China.
