考虑AVC的含分布式光伏园区配电网无功电压控制仿真
Simulation of Var-voltage Control in Distribution Network with Distributed PV Considering AVC

摘要(Abstract):

基于OpenDSS仿真平台,结合国内某园区电网的高密度分布式光伏发电系统,针对光伏逆变器的恒功率因数、变功率因数和电压无功控制3种控制策略进行精细建模,搭建了含变电站AVC(自动电压控制)系统的园区电网详细仿真模型,在此基础上开展了园区电网全天的系统连续控制仿真。通过仿真分析,比较了各控制策略的有效性及其对现有AVC系统的影响,验证了无功电压控制策略的有效性和经济性,可为大量分布式光伏并网后的配电网规划与运行调度提供科学的参考依据,从而保障光伏的安全消纳。
Based on OpenDSS simulation platform and in accordance with dense distributed PV generation systems in power grid of a park zone in China, constant power factor, variable power factor and var-voltage control of PV inverter are modeled, and simulation model of park zone power grid with substation AVC(automatic voltage control) is established. Besides, system control and simulation on power grid are conducted all day long. By simulation analysis, the effectiveness of various control strategies are compared and their impact on AVC, and effectiveness and economic efficiency of var-voltage control strategy are verified to provide scientific reference basis for distribution network planning and operation scheduling with the integration of massive distributed PV and guarantee safe consumption of PV.
