Congestion Cost Allocation Under Bilateral Transaction Using Shapley Value

摘要(Abstract):

在阻塞管理中,附加费用法和节点电价法已成为阻塞成本分摊的重要方法。附加费用法简单却不能提供明显的经济信号,节点电价法能够提供经济激励信号但往往导致交易盈余。该文通过取消某些交易形成不同的联盟,提出了在双边交易中基于Shapley值的阻塞成本分摊方法。理论分析和仿真计算表明,用Shapley值方法分摊阻塞成本不仅具有经济合理性,而且能提供明显的经济激励信号
In congestion management,uplift method and nodal pricing method have been important conˉgestion pricing methods.Unfortunately uplift method fails to provide efficient price signals to customers.Nodal pricing results in merchandising surplus.This paper presents Shapley value based on transmission congestion cost allocation in Bilateral model,by abolishing some bilateral transactions to form various coalitions.Theoretical analysis and case study show that the proposed method can give more accurate and equitable signals to customers.
