氨硫比对氨法脱硫系统硫酸铵结晶的影响分析Analysis of the Effect of Ratio of Ammonia to Sulfur on the Crystallization of Ammonium Sulfate in Ammonia Desulphurization System

摘要(Abstract):
针对氨法脱硫运行中存在硫酸铵结晶差的问题,介绍了硫酸铵结晶原理和影响结晶因素的研究现状。结合氨法脱硫中存在的结晶异常现象,通过实际运行调试和对比分析,初步得出以下结论:运行中氨硫比的变化,会引起循环槽和吸收塔浆液pH值变化,随之吸收塔浓缩段产生SO_2吸收反应生成亚硫酸铵,引起硫酸铵结晶异常。最后针对氨法脱硫运行工艺提出相应的改进措施和建议。
In view of poor crystallization of ammonium sulfate in the operation of ammonia desulfurization,this paper introduces the crystallization principle of ammonium sulfate and the current research status of influencing factors of crystallization. Based on the abnormal crystallization in ammonia desulfurization, is preliminarily concluded through actual operation debugging and comparative analysis that th ammonia sulfur ratio change in operation will cause the change of pH value of slurry in circulation tank and absorption tower, and then the SO_2 absorption reaction in concentration section of absorption tower generates ammonium sulfite, resulting in abnormal crystallization of ammonium sulfate. Finally, the improvements and suggestions are put forward for the operation process of ammonia desulfurization.
