摘要(Abstract):

氢气控制装置是氢冷发电机氢系统中最重要的设备,它担负着发电机的安全充氢和排氢、自动补氢以维持发电机内设定的氢气压力,并监测发电机内氢气的压力、纯度、补氢量等重要参数。华能玉环发电厂1 000 MW发电机的氢气控制装置是国内第一台全集装的氢气控制装置,具有安装、调试、运行维护方便及操作人性化等一系列优点。随着运行经验的积累,发现最初的设计存在防盐雾腐蚀能力差、安全等级低等不足之处。对原氢气控制装置提出了一种防腐蚀力强、安全等级高的升级改造方案,该方案能有效改进原氢气控制装置的不足之处,可为沿海火电机组氢气控制装置的改造提供借鉴。
Hydrogen control device is the most important equipment in the hydrogen system of hydrogen cooling generator. The device is used for hydrogen filling safety, hydrogen discharge, automatic hydrogen supply,maintaining the hydrogen pressure to the setting point and monitoring key parameters such as hydrogen pressure, purity, supply amount and so on. The hydrogen control device for 1 000 MW generating unit in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant is the first complete package design in China, characterized by convenient installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance as well as user-friendly operation. With the accumulation of operation experience, it is found that the device is not resistive to salt fog corrosion and is deficient in safety level. This paper proposes an upgraded retrofit scheme with stronger corrosion resistance and higher hydrogen safety level, which can effectively improve the former hydrogen control device and provid reference to retrofit of hydrogen control device of thermal power generating units in coastal areas.
