基于遗传算法的无功优化配置Optimal Allocation of Reactive Power Based on the Genetic Algorithm

摘要(Abstract):
通过基于基因遗传算法和快速潮流算法的研究,确定电网中无功补偿设备安装方式。在分析电网结构基础上根据电网运行参数和历史负荷数据,对无功补偿设备配置进行了全网优化计算,确定无功补偿设备的安装地点、安装容量和分组方式。以台州市路桥区电网作为算例,计算确定了电网无功优化配置方案,在无功就地平衡、提高电压合格率、降低网损方面取得了较好的效果,同时也验证了基因遗传算法的无功配置规划决策的合理性。
Through research based on genetic algorithm and fast power flow algorithm, the installation mode of reactive power compensation equipment on power grid is decided. Based on the grid structure analysis, optimization calculation on configuration of reactive power compensation equipment is conducted in accordance with operating parameters of power network and historical load data to determine the installation location of reactive power compensation device, installed capacity and packet mode. Taking grid structure in Luqiao district of Taizhou as an example, optimal allocation scheme of reactive power is calculated and determined, by which favorable effect of local reactive power balancing, voltage qualification rate improvement and grid loss reduction is achieved. In the meantime, rationality of planning and decision-making for allocation of reactive power compensation is verified.
