摘要(Abstract)：

汽轮机设备的润滑油及控制油质量直接影响到汽轮机运行的安全可靠性。油液中颗粒污染度是重要质量指标,目前有多种油处理方法可以有效降低油液的颗粒污染度。对机械过滤式滤油机、离心过滤式滤油机和电处理滤油机的性能特点进行分析对比,重点介绍了新型电处理滤油机的原理和性能特点,并且对新型电处理滤油机在发电厂中的实际应用效果进行评价。
The quality of turbine lube oil and control oil directly affects operation reliability of steam turbine.The degree of particle pollution is an important quality index for oil, and there are several treatment methods to raise the oil quality till now. The paper analyzes and compares the performance characteristics of the mechanical filter, centrifugal filter and electric treatment filter; in addition, it introduces the principle and performance characteristics of the new electrostatic oil purifier. In the final, the application effect of the new electric treatment oil purifier in the power plant is evaluated.
