考虑绿证-碳交易交互机制的综合能源系统优化运行

摘要(Abstract):

为提高综合能源系统新能源消纳能力、绿电经济效益和参与电力市场交易灵活性,构建一种计及绿证-碳交易交互机制的绿氢综合能源系统优化运行策略。提出考虑氢能梯级损耗的P2G(电转气技术)设备分段运行模型,研究综合能源系统中热电联产、氢燃料电池设备的差异化热电比可调模式。建立融合配额制的绿证-碳市场交易交互机制框架,分析碳排放交易与绿色证书交易之间协同效应。综合考虑购能成本、弃能成本和绿证-碳交易成本,构建绿证-碳交易机制下内嵌热电比可调和P2G分段运行约束的综合能源系统优化运行模型。最后,通过设置多个方案对比分析,验证了所提模型的绿色低碳性与经济灵活性。
To enhance the renewable energy integration capability, economic performance of green electricity, and flexibility in electricity market participation of integrated energy systems(IES), this paper proposes an optimal operation strategy for a green hydrogen IES that incorporates the interaction mechanism between green certificate and carbon trading. A stepwise power-to-gas(P2G) operation model is developed, accounting for cascade hydrogen energy losses. For combined heat and power(CHP) units and hydrogen fuel cells, adjustable heat-to-power ratio operation modes are explored. A quota-based green certificate and carbon trading interaction mechanism is established to analyze the synergies between carbon emission trading and green certificate and carbon trading costs, an optimal operation model for IES is formulated under this mechanism, incorporating constraints for adjustable heat-to-power ratios and stepwise P2G operation. Comparative analysis under multiple scenarios verifies the proposed model's effectiveness in achieving green and low-carbon performance and economic flexibility.
