发电厂汽水管道支吊架失效及管道振动治理

摘要(Abstract):

支吊架失效会导致管系偏离原设计,给管道及其所连接的相关设备的安全运行带来重大隐患。对发电厂蒸汽管道支吊架进行检验,总结支吊架失效形式和原因。经过对吊架的调整,消除了缺陷,使管系受力合理,降低管系应力。同时针对主蒸汽管道存在振动问题,运用CAESAR软件对管系的模态计算,分析了主蒸汽管道振动的根本原因是蒸汽压力波动在管道弯头处的激振力频率与管系结构固有频率接近导致共振,结合现场条件提出治理措施,有效降低了管道振幅。
The failure of the support and hanger will lead to the deviation of the pipe system from the original design and bring great hidden trouble to the safe operation of the pipeline and the related equipment connected with it. The failure form and reason of the support and hanger of steam pipeline in power plant are summarized. Through the adjustment of the hanger, the defects are eliminated, the stress of the pipe system is reasonable and the stress of the pipe system is reduced. At the same time, aiming at the vibration of the main steam pipeline, the modal calculation of the pipe system is carried out by using CAESAR software. The fundamental cause of the vibration of the main steam pipeline is the resonance caused by the vibration frequency of the steam pressure fluctuating at the bend of the pipeline and the natural frequency of the pipe system structure. Combined with the field conditions, the treatment measures are put forward and vibration amplitude of the pipes are effectively reduced.
