500kV四联耐张绝缘子串首末片绝缘子更换工具的研制Development of Tools for Head and End Pieces of Strain Fourfold Insulator Strings on 500 kV Lines

摘要(Abstract)：
四联耐张绝缘子串是杭州地区500 kV输电线路中采用较多的一种形式,其首末片绝缘子更换时,由于一侧连接二联板,造成闭式卡具难以使用;整串更换四联耐张绝缘子串难度较大,工器具要求高。通过研制新式更换工具并制定高效作业方案,实现非整串更换500 kV线路四联耐张绝缘子串首末片绝缘子,解决了长期困扰输电线路检修工作的难题。
The strain fourfold insulator strings are widely used in 500 kV lines in Hangzhou. The closed fixtures cannot be used for replacement of the head and end pieces of strain fourfold insulator strings due to connection with two-joint boards at one side. However, it is rather difficult to replace the whole strain fourfold insulator strings and there are higher requirements on tools and implements. By development of new tools and efficient replacement program, replacement of the head and end pieces of strain fourfold insulator strings other than the whole strings is implemented. Therefore, difficulties that exist long in transmission line maintenance are eliminated.
