摘要(Abstract):
针对超临界机组脱硝控制中出口烟气中NO_X含量波动大、经常超出环保标准等问题,采用先进预测控制技术,建立脱硝系统出口NO_X浓度数学模型,根据模型采用模型预测控制算法,使其快速响应目标要求,有效解决了脱硝控制中的大滞后、受干扰强烈等问题。将模型预测算法应用于脱硝控制系统中,通过具体实例介绍了该方法的应用步骤,通过现场应用证明了该方法的有效性。
During denitrification control, NO_X at the exit of supercritical unit fluctuates badly and often exceeds the environmental protection standards. An advanced predictive control technology is adopted to establish a mathematical model of NO_X concentration at the exit of denitrification system. On the basis of the model, a model predictive control algorithm is used to respond to the demand of the target, effectively eliminating the large lag of the mechanism, strong interference of the control system and other issues. The model predictive control algorithm is applied in denitrification control system. Through an implementation case, the paper introduces the application steps, and by field application it demonstrates that the method is effective.
