摘要(Abstract)：

液氨是燃煤电厂SCR烟气脱硝系统的还原剂,在发电厂的储存量较大。当液氨储罐发生爆炸或大量泄漏时,会造成人员伤亡或财产损失。因此SCR脱硝液氨区要加强安全管理,必须建立和完善各类规范制度和手册,尤其要加强防火和防泄漏。
Liquid ammonia, serving as a reducing agent in SCR flue gas desulfurization system of coal-fired plant, is largely stored in power plant. In case the liquid ammonia tank explores or leaks, there will be casualties or property loss. For the safety management of liquid ammonia area in SCR desulphurization system,the regulations and system as well as the manuals must be established and perfected. The safety essentials are fire protection and leakage prevention.
