发电厂电动引风机及其烟道低温腐蚀分析与控制

摘要(Abstract):

烟气低温腐蚀控制与预防是燃煤发电厂的重点关注工作之一。为满足国家环保排放标准和节能要求,锅炉排烟温度的大幅降低使得锅炉尾部烟道设备低温腐蚀风险增大。对某超超临界锅炉实际发生的低温腐蚀现象进行分析,计算烟气酸露点温度,通过建立电动引风机烟道微循环,使引风机内部烟气温度高于酸露点温度,保持在75~80℃,低温腐蚀现象得到了有效缓解。
The control and prevention of low-temperature corrosion are one of the key work for coal-fired power plants. The significant temperature reduction of exhaust gas poses greater low-temperature corrosion risk on boiler tail flue. The low-temperature corrosion in an ultra-supercritical boiler is analyzed, and acid dew point temperature is calculated. Through microcirculation establishment of electric induced draft fan flue, gas temperature in the induced draft fan is higher than acid dew point temperature, maintained at 75~80 ℃, low-temperature corrosion is mitigated.
