500kV架空导线高空移位临档接续修复工艺
Technology of Connection and Repair at Adjacent Span with High Altitude Displacement on 500 kV Overhead Conductors

摘要(Abstract):

某500 kV架空输电线路导线严重受损,且导线受损点所在档距内存在接续管,给修复工作带来困难。为满足《110~750 kV架空输电线路施工及验收规范》要求,采用导线高空移位临档接续的方法进行修复,并详细介绍了施工工艺流程。与直接更换导线工作相比,应用该方法能最大限度降低修复工作量和工作难度,有效提高线路检修工作效率。
A 500 kV overhead transmission line was severely damaged, and there was a connecting tube in the span in which the damage point exists, bringing difficulty to wire repair. In order to meet the requirements of 110~750 kV Overhead Transmission Line Construction and Acceptance Norms, the wire is repaired at adjacent span with high altitude displacement, and construction technology process is detailed. In contrast to direct replacement of wire, this method can greatly reduce work load and difficulty, and can improve line maintenance efficiency.
