浙江省大型火力发电厂汽轮机组典型故障分析Analysis on Typical Faults of Steam Turbine Units in Large Thermal Power Plants in Zhejiang Province

摘要(Abstract):
对2017年浙江省大型火力发电厂迎峰度夏技术监督检查发现的汽轮机组新增各类故障进行了统计与归类,对存在的共性和典型问题进行总结分析,目的是提高发电厂对发生各类故障的警觉与重视,加强防范,防止设备故障重复发生,并为设备的运行、检修、维护和改造等方面提供了建议,供发电厂参考。
This paper aggregates and classifies new failures of steam turbine units in large thermal power plants in Zhejiang province in 2017 summer peak supervision; besides, it summarizes and analyzes typical failures with common features so that power plants can keep alert to the failures and prevent their reoccurence. In the last, the paper provides some suggestions on equipment operation, overhaul, maintenance and transformation for power plants.
