浙江电网线损管理水平对标研究

摘要(Abstract):

随着能源利用低碳化进程的不断推进,提质增效的电网发展要求对浙江电网的线损管理提出了新的挑战。在全球视角下,浙江电网线损率与先进国家和地区仍存在差距。浙江与韩国在自然地理条件、经济社会发展和电网规模方面具有高度相似性,因此,对韩国低线损原因的剖析为浙江电网的线损管理提供了一定的借鉴,达到了更好地提质增效的目的。
With the continuous advancement of low-carbon energy utilization, the requirement of quality improvement and efficiency increase on the Zhejiang power grid brings new challenges to line loss management.From a global perspective, there is still a gap in line loss rate between Zhejiang power grid and developed countries and regions. Zhejiang province shares high similarity with South Korea in natural and geographical conditions, economic and social development as well as power grid scale. Therefore, low line loss rate provides a reference for line loss management of Zhejiang power grid for quality improvement and efficiency increase.
