老旧变电站的防洪改造措施探讨
Discussion on Flood Control Transformation Measures for Old Substation

摘要(Abstract):

变电站作为电网的重要组成部分,其防洪排涝能力关系到电网的稳定、安全运行。通过收集近几年来变电站内涝影响的案例,进行情况分析与归纳,研究当极端气象条件发生时,已建变电站如何通过在局部部位上进行改造,减少洪水的影响及内涝发生后的次生影响,从而提高变电站防涝能力,增强电网的运行安全性。
As an important part of power grid, flood control and drainage capacity of substation is related to the stable and safe operation of power grid. Through collecting flood cases in substations in recent years and by situation analysis and summarization, the paper discusses how to partially transform the existing substations in case of extreme weather to mitigate influence of flood and secondary influence after flood so as to improve flood control capacity of substation and enhance operation safety of power grid.
