摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了基于实时数据库的低压线路实时监测及告警系统的实现方案,该系统具有低压线路和公用变压器的在线监测及告警功能,可以显著提升低压配电网运行管理的实效性和精细化水平。
The paper introduces the implementation scheme of real-time monitoring and warning system for low-voltage lines based on real-time database. The system is characterized by online monitoring and warning of low-voltage line and common transformer, which can promote effect and delicacy level of low-voltage distribution network operation and management.
