纳米气凝胶绝热毡在蒸汽热网管道上的应用

摘要(Abstract):

某热力有限公司蒸汽热网管道的保温材料采用纳米气凝胶绝热毡来替代硅酸铝、玻璃棉复合保温,通过外径为Φ426 mm和Φ325 mm的蒸汽管道进行改造试验,并经第三方检测,证明使用纳米气凝胶绝热毡可以减少蒸汽管道沿程温降、提升供热范围、提高节能率、缩短投资回收年限,是提高蒸汽热网运行经济效益的重要手段。
The composite aluminum silicate-glass wool thermal insulation material of steam heating pipeline of a thermal power company is replaced by aerogel insulation blanket. Through reforming experiments on steam pipes with their diameters of Φ426 mm and Φ325 mm steam, it is proved by the third party testing that aerogel insulation blanket can reduce the steam pipe temperature drop, improve the heating range, improve the energy saving rate and shorten the payback period, and is an important means to improve the economic benefit of steam heating pipeline.
