基于母管分系统控制的分布式能源站全自动运行

摘要(Abstract):

为了实现分布式能源站"无人值守、少人值班"的控制目标,针对其设备较多、母管制运行的特点,研究了基于母管分系统控制的分布式能源站全自动运行方法。结合某天然气分布式能源项目,以运行设备台数为控制参数,母管设备控制系统同时接收来自程控系统与参数监测台数控制系统的设备运行台数需求指令,实时对各母管分系统相关设备进行启停操作,兼顾了负荷分配与系统运行的需求,在控制层实现了分布式能源站设备的全自动启停控制功能。
In order to achieve the control target of "Non-attended, Few-on-duty" in distributed energy stations, the paper, in view of numerous devices and operating characteristics of header system, studies automatic operation of distributed energy station based on header subsystem control. In a natural gas distributed energy project, the number of operating equipment is used as the control parameter, and header equipment control system simultaneously receives instructions for the number of equipment operating units from the program control system and the parameter monitoring number control system to start up or shut down concerning devices of header subsystems, giving consideration to the requirements of load distribution and system operation and realizing fully automatic equipment startup/shutdown control of distributed energy station at the control layer.
