国内烟气余热利用技术的新进展
New Progress for Domestic Flue Gas Waste Heat Recovery

摘要(Abstract):

排烟热损失是锅炉各项热损失中最大的一项,对排烟余热进行深度利用意义重大。参考发达国家综合利用烟气余热的新技术,介绍了国内较为新颖的余热回收技术,如褐煤干燥技术、尾部烟道增设低温省煤器、热泵回收烟气余热技术。分析结果表明,尽管国内烟气余热利用技术研究有了很大进展,但仍有不少改进余地。并对余热利用技术的前景作了展望。
Exhaust heat loss is one of the biggest heat losses in boiler. It is of great significance to make deep use of exhaust heat. Referring to the new technology of comprehensive utilization of flue gas waste heat in developed countries, this paper introduces some new technologies of waste heat recovery in China, such as lignite drying technology, adding low temperature economizer in tail flue gas, and heat pump technology to recover waste heat from flue gas. The results show that although there has been great progress in the technology of flue gas waste heat utilization in China, there is still much room for improvement. The prospect of waste heat utilization technology is also prospected.
