天然气管网压力联锁自动控制技术应用研究

摘要(Abstract):

为解决天然气管网压力能发电装置尤其是螺杆膨胀发电装置对天然气城市门站输气量变工况特性的适应能力及调压支路无缝切换等问题,设计了一种基于天然气压力能综合利用的压力联锁自动控制技术。该技术利用调压器及螺杆膨胀发电机组的压力反馈特性,通过压力联锁控制实现螺杆膨胀发电装置的变工况运行和调压支路的快速自动切换。通过工程实践,成功验证了压力联锁自动控制技术的可行性,为天然气压力能综合利用项目尤其是螺杆膨胀发电项目投资提供了安全、经济运行保障和性能保证。
An automatic interlocking control technology based on natural gas pressure energy comprehensive utilization was designed to solve the adaptability on variable operating condition characteristics of natural gas pressure regulating station and the seamless switching of pressure regulating branch for energy power generation equipment, especially the screw expansion power generation equipment. The technique, which utilized the feedback characteristics of the voltage regulator and the equipment, can make quick switching on variable working conditions and fast automatically switching of pressure regulating branch for screw expansion power plant through pressure interlocking control. Through engineering practice, the feasibility of interlocking automatically control technology is successfully verified, which can provide safe, economic guarantee and performance safeguard for the investment of pressure energy comprehensive utilizing project, especially the screw expansion power generation project.
