真空断路器分合闸线圈电阻测量装置的研制与应用Development and Application of Resistance Measuring Equipment for the Tripping and Closing Coil of Vacuum Circuit Breaker

摘要(Abstract):
针对真空断路器分合闸线圈电阻传统测量方法存在的缺陷,研制出一种真空断路器分合闸线圈电阻测量装置,有效解决了当前断路器分合闸线圈回路带有整流模块导致电阻无法测量的难题。现场应用结果表明,该装置测量数据具有较高的准确性,有力提升了现场试验工作效率,实现了断路器分合闸线圈电阻智能化全面测试,完善了该类设备在投产前的试验检查过程,保障了电力设备入网质量。
Aiming at the defects of the traditional measuring method for the tripping and closing coil resistance of vacuum circuit breaker, a resistance measuring equipment for the tripping and closing coil is developed to effectively solve the current closing coil loop with rectifier module causing resistance to be difficult to measure. The filed application results show that the measurement data of the device is of high accuracy, and the efficiency of field test work is enhanced; intelligent comprehensive test on the circuit breaker closing coil resistance is implemented, and pre-production test of the equipment is perfected to guarantee the quality of equipment for network integration.
