电力交易中心增值服务需求分析与模式研究Value-added Service Demand Analysis and Mode Research of Power Exchange Centers

摘要(Abstract):
随着国内电力市场改革的深入,电力交易中心需要为不同电力市场参与者提供多样化和个性化的增值服务,以提升服务质量和市场效率。通过国内外电力交易机构增值服务现状的对比,分析了我国电力交易中心开展增值服务的可借鉴经验,基于多市场主体的增值服务需求分析,提出了电力交易中潜在的增值服务模式,并进行典型场景分析。最后,对电力交易中心开展增值服务提出具体实施建议,为现阶段我国电力交易中心更好地履行职能定位提供思路。
With the deepening of the electricity market reform in China, power exchange centers need to provide diversified and personalized value-added services to different electricity market participants to improve service quality and market efficiency. Through the comparison of the status quo of value-added services of domestic and foreign power exchange centers, the paper analyzes the experience of value-added services in domestic power exchange centers that can be used for reference. Based on the value-added service demand analysis of multiple market entities, potential value-added service models for electricity transactions are proposed and typical scenario analysis is carried out. Finally, specific implementation suggestions are put forward to provide a new idea for domestic power exchange centers to better perform its function positioning at the present stage.
