1025 t/h锅炉增容改造实践

摘要(Abstract):

以某发电厂燃煤锅炉增容改造为实例,介绍1 025 t/h锅炉增容改造方案和主要设备改造情况,包括改造的安全及性能评估,如锅炉汽水参数、热力性能、辅机设备、金属壁温和强度、水冷系统、汽水分离装置以及安全阀排放量等。改造实施后,锅炉主蒸汽流量提高至1 086 t/h,并且锅炉热效率提高至93.53%,达到了提高锅炉能效、降低锅炉煤耗的目的。
Based on capacity upgrading retrofitting of a coal-fired boiler, the paper introduces a retrofit scheme and major equipment upgrading of the 1 025 t/h boiler, including safety performance evaluation such as steam-water parameters, thermal performance, auxiliary equipment, metal wall temperature and strength,water-cooling system, steam-water separating equipment, discharge of safety valves and so on. After the transformation, main steam flow increased to 1 086 t/h and the boiler efficiency rose to 93.53%, achieving the goal of enhancing the boiler efficiency and reducing unit coal consumption.
