摘要(Abstract)：

国家电网公司"三集五大"体系建设的持续推进,对公司一体化企业级信息系统的建设提出了更高要求。为加强电力信息化项目前期管理,提出了优化完善项目可行性研究管理流程,紧抓项目编制、评审两个关键环节,形成规范化、精细化和专业化的信息化项目可行性研究管理模式,有效提升了信息化项目前期管理水平。
The continuous construction of "Three Intensive Managements and Five Large-Scale Movements" of SGCC has higher-level requirements on construction of integrated enterprise-level information system. For the purpose of strengthening early management of information project, the paper suggests optimizing and perfecting the process of feasibility study and management mode of the project, laying emphasis on compiling and reviewing to form standardized, lean and professional feasibility study and management mode of information projects, effectively improving early management of information project.
