摘要(Abstract):
某130 t/h高温高压煤粉炉运行7 350 h后发生高温过热器爆管。通过分析爆管的主要原因,指出锅炉低氮燃烧器改造以及高压加热器投运率低带来的负面影响,并提出相应的防范改善措施。
A 130 t/h high-temperature and high-pressure coal-fired boiler experienced tube burst after 7350-hour operation. By analyzing the main causes for tube burst, this paper points out the negative effects of transformation of low nitrogen burner and low operation rate of high-pressure heater, besides it puts forward corresponding preventive and improvement measures.
