变电站建设中站址和线路路径闭环管理的实现Management Implementation of Site and Line Path Close-up in Substation Construction

摘要(Abstract)：
针对电网工程建设中有关变电站站址、路径等项目前期管理方面存在的问题,结合"大规划"、"大运行"要求,创新"无缝连接闭环管理模式",有效开展站址、路径的审查工作,准确定位变电站站址和线路路径,形成了工程项目前期的闭环管理,并在220 kV及以下电压等级工程的前期工作中取得了很好的成效。
Aiming at problems in management at the beginning of substation site, path and so forth in power grid project and in combination with requirements of "great planning" and "large-scale operation", the "loop close-up management mode of seamless connection" is innovated and review on site and path is implemented for the purpose of accurately locating site of substation and line paths. Furthermore, great achievement has been attained in preliminary work of 220 kV-nd-below voltage projects.
