基于路径描述模型的城市电网负载均衡方法

摘要(Abstract):

负载均衡是降低城市电网运行风险、提高系统运行质量的有效手段,但现有负载均衡研究方法无法兼顾多层转供可能性和方法最优解的获取。对此,提出一种基于路径描述模型的城市电网负载均衡方法,以路径通断状态为变量,将问题转化为混合整数线性规划问题,将负载率控制纳入约束条件,同时以开关操作次数最少为目标函数,求解结果为综合考虑均衡性和可靠性的优化网络拓扑。经算例验证,该方法可有效降低系统主变压器的平均负载率以及负载率差异波动性,降低系统损耗,提升系统可靠性。
Load balancing is an effective way to reduce the risk of urban power grid operation and improve the operation quality of the system. However, the existing load balancing research methods cannot take account of the possibility of multi-layer transfer and the acquisition of the optimal solution. Therefore, the paper proposes a load balancing method for urban power grid based on path description model. The problem is formulated as a mixed-integer linear programming problem with the on-off state of the path as a variable. The load rate control is incorporated into the constraints, and the objective function aims to minimize the number of switching operations. The result is an optimized network topology considering balance and reliability. Examples show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the average load rate of the main transformer and the fluctuation of load rate difference, reduce system losses and improve system reliability.
