浅析大型机组高加RB控制策略及其完善措施Analysis on RB Control Strategy of High Pressure Heater for Large Capacity Units and Its Improvement

摘要(Abstract):
分析了目前机组普遍采用的高加RB(快速减负荷)控制方式存在的不足,指出高加RB的目的在于快速限制高加解列后汽轮机的出力以保护发电机,保证机组在特殊工况下的安全运行。设计了以锅炉跟随和汽轮机跟随为基础的高加RB控制策略,在RB初期利用汽轮机跟随有效控制负荷的上升,待机组负荷稳定后才转为锅炉跟随的控制方式,以保证主汽压力的平稳,这是机组在高加解列工况下安全运行的有效手段。
This paper analyzes shortcomings of RB(runback) of high pressure heater widely used for present units and points out that RB aims to limit output power of steam turbine after high pressure heater disconnection to protect generators and guarantee operation safety of units in special operating condition. The paper designs RB control strategy of high pressure heater on the basis of boilers and steam turbines following successively.In the early stage of RB, the steam turbine following is used to effectively control load rise; after the units load gets steady, the control strategy is transferred to turbine following mode to stabilize main steam pressure. It is an effective way for operation safety of units in operating condition of high pressure heater disconnection.
