基于模型设计的柔性直流输电阀控装置软件开发方法Software Development Method of Flexible HVDC Valve Control Device Based on Model Design

摘要(Abstract):
基于传统手写代码的柔性直流输电阀控装置软件开发方法存在产品可靠性低、调试周期长、不利于后续产品维护等问题,为解决这些问题,可采用以模型设计为核心的可视化编程方法开发柔性直流输电阀控装置软件。首先介绍基于模型设计方法的开发流程、阀控顺序控制模型和环流抑制整体控制策略模型搭建方法,然后对模型进行仿真验证和代码生成及部署,最后结合乌东德电站送电广东广西特高压多端直流示范工程进行现场运行试验,完成该软件成果的工程应用。基于模型设计的软件开发方法集控制策略验证及代码生成为一体,不仅提升了开发效率和产品可靠性,且具有可操作性强、可维护性高的特点。
The software development method of VSC-HVDC valve control device based on traditional handwritten code has disadvantages of low product reliability, long debugging cycle and being unfavorable for subsequent product maintenance. In order to solve these problems, a visual programming method with model design as the core is used to develop the valve control device of VSC-HVDC. The development process based on model design method, the valve control sequence control model and the overall control strategy model of circulating current suppression are described in detail. Then, the model is simulated and verified, and code generation and deployment are carried out. Finally, the actual operation test is carried out in combination withKunbei-Liubei-Longmen DC transmission project, and the engineering application of the software results is completed. The software development method based on model design integrates control strategy verification and code generation, which not only improves development efficiency and product reliability but also has strong operability and high maintainability.
