高压架空输电线路短时输电能力评估方法研究Research on Assessment Method for Short-time Transmission Capability of HV Overhead Transmission Lines

摘要(Abstract):
为保证电力系统的安全稳定运行,架空输电线路在应急状态下应具备短时过负荷能力,线路运行部门必须根据线路的实际情况确定其短时输电限额。讨论了影响架空输电线路短时输电能力的导线、金具、通道环境等各因素,从电流阶跃情况下导线温升计算和线路净空距离计算二个方面提出了线路短时输电能力的评估方法,最后应用该方法对一条500 k V架空输电线路的短时输电能力进行了评估。
It requires short-time overload capability for overhead transmission lines in emergency condition to guarantee operation safety and stability of power system. Therefore, the operation department of overhead transmission lines must determine the short-time transmission limits according to the actuality of overhead transmission lines. This paper discusses the various factors such as conductors, hardware fittings and corridor environment that influence the short-time transmission capability of overhead transmission lines; moreover, it presents the assessment method for short-time transmission capability in terms of conductor temperature rise calculation in current step and calculation of net distances of overhead transmission lines. In the final, the method is applied to short-time transmission capability assessment of a 500 k V overhead transmission line.
