变电所通用操作票管理系统的设计Design of Working Order List Management System in Substation

摘要(Abstract)：
主要介绍了一个基于专家系统的变电所通用型操作票管理系统。利用专家系统的规则库设计思路、推理方法，运用Windows的多任务调度机制，结合多文档的实时图形界面，采用标准的数据库管理，构成了一个高度模块化的系统。其功能包括：操作票库管理，操作票生成,操作票自动校核及预演，操作人员培训等。
A working order list management sperm that based on Expert Spoters is mainly intededuced It can perform intelligendy by taking edvantages of tie main idea of deswing a rule base. It was also developed into a high modularized system while using the multitask schedule mechanism and real-time multi-forumest inter'face in the Windows system with the standard database. Its ban functions are as follows: working order list management, working order list forrning, antomatic working order list checking and pre-execution,and operators thouing.
