WARMAP系统故障集自动生成方法及其应用

摘要(Abstract):

WARMAP(广域监测分析保护)系统可以实时评估当前电网的静态、暂态特性,搜索输电断面的传输极限,电网预警时可以提供预防控制辅助决策,保证电网的安全稳定运行。预想故障集作为WARMAP系统的重要基础数据,影响系统结论的正确性和全面性。研究了一种WARMAP系统的故障集生成方法,根据设备参数和物理节点评估设备模型的可靠性,结合设定的故障规则快速批量生成WARMAP系统的故障集,使用优化的邻近排序算法对新增故障集进行重复检查,避免相同故障入库导致重复计算,影响系统实时性。最后,通过某省级电网案例验证了该方法的正确性。
WARMAP(wide-area monitoring analysis protection) control system can evaluate the power system's static and transient characteristics in real time, search the cross-section's transmission limit, and provide decision-making of prevention and control for ensuring the power system's safe and stable operation in the case of early warning of power grid. As an important basic data of WARMAP system, the anticipated fault sets influence the correctness and comprehensiveness of system's conclusion. In this paper, a fault sets generation method for WARMAP is studied, which evaluates the device model reliability based on device parameters and physical nodes; on this basis, the WARMAP system's fault sets can be quickly generated in batches with the set fault rules; by use of the optimized sorted-neighbourhood method, the new fault sets are checked repeatedly to avoid the repeated calculation that affects the system's real-time performance. Finally, the correctness of the method is verified by a case study of a provincial power grid.
