IGCC低热值燃机启动失败原因分析及处理

摘要(Abstract):

简单介绍华能天津IGCC电厂发电工艺流程,介绍低热值燃气轮机的启动过程,针对发电厂燃机在冬季工况下出现的启动失败情况,从燃机点火气系统、进气系统、燃油系统以及燃烧器等方面分析了可能存在的问题并进行排查确认,结合存在问题提出相应的解决措施,最后配合调整燃机启动参数来优化风燃配比,达到优化燃机启动的目的,为冬季工况下机组启动提供有力保障,同时为国内低热值燃机故障处理提供参考。
This paper briefly introduces the power generation process of Huaneng Tianjin IGCC Power Plant and introduces the startup process of low calorific value gas turbines. Because of the startup failure of the gas turbine in winter, the paper examines and confirms potential problems in terms of gas turbine ignition system, intake system, fuel system and combustor. Besides, the paper proposes corresponding solutions and airgas ratio optimization in collaboration with startup parameter adjustment to achieve gas turbine startup, which provides a guarantee for unit startup in winter and a reference for fault treatment of low calorific value gas turbine.
