区域电网有功备用的分类管理方法研究Research on Classification Management Method of Active Power Reserves in Regional Power Grid

摘要(Abstract):
能源格局变化和电网运行控制技术发展,对电网的供电可靠性产生了新的影响因素,同时也带来了潜在的备用资源,对有功备用进行精细化分类管理是兼顾经济性和可靠性的有效手段。通过梳理国内外有功备用分类管理现状,在分析当前及未来电网中有功备用影响因素以及有功备用资源技术经济特征的基础上,对有功备用分类管理方法进行了研究,包括有功备用分类体系、各类备用的容量计算、协调调用和统计监视方法,为新能源广泛接入、柔性负荷互动运行等新形势下区域电网有功备用实现精益化闭环管理提供参考。
The change of energy pattern and the development of power grid operation control technology have created new factors affecting the power supply reliability of the power grid, and at the same time, they have brought about potential power reserves. The fine classification management of active power reserves is an effective means to balance economy and reliability. This paper analyzes the current situation of active power reserves classification management at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of active power reserves and the technical and economic characteristics of active power reserve resources in the current and future power grid, a classification management method of active power reserve is studied, including active power reserve classification system, capacity calculation of various types of reserves, coordinated allocation and statistical monitoring methods, providing a reference for the regional grid to realize fine and closed-loop management for the active power reserves with extensive access of new energy and interactive operation of flexible loads.
