用户端UPQC与配电网DFACTS设备协调控制策略
A Coordinated Control Strategy for Consumer-side UPQC and DFACTS Devices in Distribution Networks

摘要(Abstract):

多种DFACTS(分布式柔性交流输电)装置的联合运行,可有效解决配电网中存在的各种电能质量问题。但与此同时,各设备在运行中若不加以协调控制,不仅会影响电能质量治理效果,甚至可能由于设备间的相互作用而加剧电能质量问题,因此需要对配电网中的DFACTS设备进行协调控制。对此,提出一种适用于多电压等级配电网多种电能质量治理设备的协调控制策略,该策略主要包括两方面:一是基于电压跌落程度划分跌落等级,协调控制UPQC(统一电能质量调节器)、 SSTS(固态切换开关)和DSTATCOM(配电网静止同步补偿器)以解决不同等级的电压跌落问题;另一方面,协调控制以上设备补偿配电网中的谐波、无功和负序电流,进而解决配电网中存在的负载三相不平衡、无功补偿和谐波等问题。最后,以装设以上DFACTS设备的双路电源馈线配电网典型拓扑结构为例,基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台验证了该策略的可行性和有效性。
Combined operation of DFACTS(distributed flexible AC transmission system) devices can solve various power quality problems in the distribution networks. However, the devices, without coordinated control during the operation, may affect power quality management or even aggravate the problems due to their interaction. Therefore, coordinated control of DFACTS devices in distribution networks is required. This paper proposes a coordinated control strategy applicable to multiple power quality control devices for distribution networks with multiple voltage levels. The strategy comprises two aspects: on the one hand, the voltage sag levels are divided based on the voltage sag degree, and coordinated control of UPQC(unified power quality control), SSTS(solid-state transfer switch) and D-STATCOM(distribution static compensator) to solve voltage sag of different levels; on the other hand, coordinated control of the devices was implemented to compensate the harmonic, reactive power and negative sequence current in the distribution network to solve the three-phase load imbalance, reactive power compensation and harmonic in the distribution network. Finally,the paper takes the typical topology structure of a dual-channel power feeder distribution network equipped with the above DFACTS devices as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed strategy by a simulation platform based on MATLAB/Simulink.
