电力市场下确定无功源价值的方法探讨Valuation Determination of Var Source in Power Market

摘要(Abstract):
在电力市场下无功功率支持属于有偿辅助服务的范畴,必须通过竞争来获得,因此必须确定系统中无功源的价值。由于无功具有地域性的特点,导致不同位置和类型的无功源在系统中价值存在差异,因此提出了4种确定无功价值的方法:VS法、PV曲线法、ERC法和Back_up法,分析了不同方法的特点,最后以IEEE30节点系统为例进行了仿真计算,仿真结果表明无功源的价值取决于电网的结构、无功源的位置以及系统的运行状态。
Competitive procurement of reactive power support services is rapidly becoming a reality for deregulated electricity markets. It has resulted in a great need to quantify the value of reactive power support from var sources. Because of type and location in the grid, the importance of var sources are different. This paper presents four methods to determine the value of var sources, they are Voltage Sensitivity (VS), PV curves, Equivalent Reactive Compensation (ERC) and Back-up generation methods. The characteristics of these methods are analyzed, Computer tests on the IEEE 30-bus system are compared. The research shows that the importance of the source to the system reactive power support depends on the network configuration, source location and the state of the system.
